Menus

Please take a look at our new rolling four-week menus, designed to offer plenty of variety and a balanced selection of meals for our students.

All meals are freshly prepared on site using healthy cooking methods. Our menus are carefully planned to be low in added refined sugars, salt and saturated fat, in line with School Food Standards. Each meal provides a balanced combination of protein, carbohydrates and vegetables to support a healthy diet.

Deconstructed and plain meal options are available daily to support individual preferences and needs.

Occasionally, items may need to be substituted due to availability.

Allergens are carefully managed, and full information is available on request.

What does Alex think?

"This is a highly nutritious menu that provides the children with all the vital macro and micro nutrients they need to become happy and heathy individuals.

There is a wonderful amount of protein to ensure healthy development for growing bodies whilst helping to sustain energy levels throughout the day.

The snacks and puddings are low in processed sugar and high in nutrients reducing spikes and crashes in blood sugar and therefore energy levels whilst filling them with the nutrients needed to grow strong and healthy brains and bodies with well supported immune systems.

Every meal contains good quality fibre, for example by swapping white pasta for wholegrain pasta, which is a great way to keep the gut healthy, balance blood sugar levels and support mental health.

This is a very well balanced menu, full of all the necessary nutrients to support growing children throughout their school day. "
